Being a self-certified and D-O-L supplier, RGB has developed over 3,000 different components, with FTR (first-time-right), fulfilling the quality standards with short turnaround times.

Company History
Established as a partnership firm in the year 1982, to satisfy the growing demand for Sleeve Bearings, Bushings and Thrust Washers of several OEM industries of the nation.

First production of bushings commenced.

Recognised as a TIER I & II supplier to automotive and other customers, RGB received several appreciation for developing new parts "first time right" and meeting tough quality standards. The plant was relocated with a covered area of 2000 m².

RGB was converted into Private Limited Company (LLC), with an authorized share capital of INR 10.0 million.

Production capacity increased to 5.0 million pieces annually with additional manufacturing satellite plants and ISO 9002:1994 & QS: 9000 International quality certifications were accredited.

Successfully established systems for ISO 9001:2000 & ISO/TS16949:2003 international certifications.

Production capacity of bushings and thrust washers increased to 7.5 million pieces, annually.

Establishment of in-house Tool Room facility for design & development of dies, moulds, fixtures, press tool etc. as well as Sinterline II was commissioned.

Facility for manufacturing Metal Polymer bushing was established and production commenced.

Plant area increased by 7500 m² and manufacturing technology upgraded.

Facility for friction welding of bushings with thrust washers to manufacture flange bushings was established for usage in agriculture, earth moving, excavators and other applications.

Sinterline III was commissioned and larger diameter bushings were successfully developed for Indian defense.

Sinterline IV & V were added to increase raw material capacity.

Semi & fully automatic machines were introduced in bushing production line.
